1. To ensure the longevity of your jewellery pieces, it is advised to remove them when playing sports, doing house work, showering or sleeping. Also avoid wearing them at hot springs, on the beach or at the swimming pool.

2. Handle your jewellery with care, protect them from impact against hard and abrasive surfaces. Although metals are flexible, excessive bending will cause metal to deform and eventually break.

1. To avoid dust and oxidation, please store your jewellery in a clean, dry and cool place. Avoid extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.

2. For basic cleaning, please gently wipe your jewellery with a damp soft cloth and store in an individual airtight bag when it's dry.

1. All of our earrings are sterling silver studs. If adjustment is required, please send it back to our studio or any on site stores for professional repair services.

2. If you've experienced skin-related issues with metal in the past, we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare provider before making a purchase.

3. For people with sensitive skin, it is advised to sanitize the earrings every time before wearing them. This is to prevent allergic conditions caused by dust and other adhesive substances on the earrings.

❍ About Earring Backs ❍

1. Each purchase of general stud earrings comes with a pair of silver plating or 18K gold plating earring backs. The modified stud earrings will have individual designs therefore it does not come with earring backs. If you lose the backs of your earrings, you can get them here.

▎Spring/Screw Clip-On Earrings

1. Ensure that the clip-on earrings are positioned properly. For screw clips, adjust them according to the thickness of your earlobes. New spring clip-ons may be tight initially, gently move the clip-on earrings a few times to loosen the spring mechanism before wearing.

2. Spring clip-on earrings may become loose after multiple uses. Please send them to our studio or any of our on site stores for professional repair.

3. Spring/screw clip-on earrings are also made of sterling silver or 18k gold plating. If you've experienced skin-related issues with metal in the past, we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare provider before making a purchase.

4. Any clip-on earrings may cause discomfort or pain due to prolonged wearing time, and individual sensitivity varies. Please assess your own situation, and if experiencing discomfort, it's advisable to remove them immediately.

1. The magnetic ear clip earrings use strong NdFeB magnets, which provide strong and durable magnetic attraction.

2. The strength of magnetic clip-on earrings varies from person to person. If you experience any pain or discomfort after wearing them, it is recommended to remove them immediately and seek professional medical advice. 1. Some bangle retain slight elasticity for self-adjustment. When deformed in shapes, please send it back to our studio or any on site stores for professional repair services.

2. Some gemstone bracelets are crafted using premium Japanese fishing line for durability. However, despite their inherent strength, they may still corrode or break due to excessive pulling or prolonged exposure to water. When such a situation occurs, please send it back to our studio or any on site stores to seek professional inspection and repair services.

1. The standard bracelet size is 6.5 and 7 inches. If adjustment is needed, please follow the repair procedure for modification. Any damage caused by self-adjustment may incur additional repair fees.

2. Certain styles have fixed sizes only due to their design and production. If you have a special request, please inquire in advance if additional production is open. Additional fees may be incurred.

1. Certain styles use 14k alloy fine chains and soft materials. Please handle with care, avoid stretching to prevent breakage.
