Step 1 : Consultation for bespoke

Whether you already have specific ideas or concepts in mind or not, feel free to visit our store for a firsthand experience.

During the initial consultation, feel free to let your imagination run wild. You can also communicate with our dedicated consultants while referring to the diverse styles available on-site.

If you have budget considerations or any specific requirements, please feel free to discuss them openly.

Step 2 : Design Sketching / Gemstone Selection

Our designers will personally sketch design concepts for you, taking into account your preferred style or wearing requirements. Jewelry consultants will recommend suitable gemstones within your budget range.

Feel free to express any ideas regarding color, gemstones, or styles. The more details you provide, the better our designers can understand your ideal design.

The initial consultation will take approximately 1 hour, during which the designer will provide a concept sketch and a budgetary quote. Within the following two weeks, a bespoked design sketch and a detailed quotation will be provided. (Both the design sketch proposal and estimation are complimentary.)

If you are satisfied with the design and pricing we propose, a deposit of more than half of the total amount is required to confirm the order.

Step 3 : Wax Carving / Diamond Setting

We believe in transparency throughout the manufacturing process, allowing you to personally participate in the creation of your bespoke jewellery.

After placing the order, we will create wax carving prototype photos or provide goldsmithing photos for your review. This enables you to confirm design details once again, ensuring satisfaction with the finished product. If there are any discrepancies with your expectations, please raise them immediately, and we will make adjustments. (Up to 2 free revisions are provided.)
