Delivery Policy

We endeavour to dispatch goods within 1-​3 working days, however during busy periods dispatch may take slightly longer. We ship all orders through registered, recorded delivery, and are happy to help with any urgent delivery requests. Please ensure that someone is present to accept and sign for your delivery.

For pieces that are Made to Order, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Please note that lead times may vary from product to product due to the availability of the materials used. If we think delivery will take longer than estimated, we will communicate this to you as soon as possible after your order has been placed.

At this time we are unable to cover taxes and duties for orders to other destination countries, and these will be your responsibility. This is applicable to all products, including Made to Order and Bespoke items.

Goods are sent at our risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the address you have given to us. We will send you a message by email to tell you when we have dispatched your order, also providing details to track your order. All solid gold pieces and bespoke products will be sent insured via E​xpress Delivery Services ie. EMS, Fedex or SF Express.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities in the destination country.
