Unfold No.13 marks OYJ's thirteenth year. Every piece is born from a journey — and somewhere along the way, we always find something more important than the destination.

This season, we bring you inside the jewellery studio. Through the eyes of an observer, we look at what creation leaves behind: sketches, colour swatches, tools — every mark carries its own weight. The brand's signature gold tassel is taken apart and rebuilt, layered with fringe and metal lines into a form we've never seen before.

This season, we extend the tassel into knotwork — gathering chain by hand into the shape of a bow, with rice-shaped freshwater pearls woven in between. The coldness of metal and the warmth of pearl, held together in a single piece.

Design Highlight ⟡ Sphere Tassel

"Building a tassel language that's entirely our own."

Unlike the soft drape of linear fringe, this design gathers dense, short tassels into a sphere. Natural crystals are set within, refracting light in every direction — a texture that is quiet, but unmistakably present. The same craft language, recurring across different pieces. Understated, yet instantly recognisable.

An extension of the brand's signature Promise series. 14K alloy, Herkimer diamond, and gold tassel — strung in an asymmetric diagonal, finding equilibrium between structure and softness. An engraved metal bar rests at the centre of the neckline: one end clean and precise, the other gathered into a gold tassel with a Herkimer diamond nestled within — catching light in quiet, scattered flashes as you move.
