▎Member Tiers & Benefits
1. Olivia Yao Jewellery offers 6 membership tiers. After registration, your membership will be upgraded based on the total accumulated spend (excluding cancelled orders) within 12-month.
・General Member：Automatic enrollment upon registration.
・Bronze：Cumulative spend of NT$3,000 within 12 months.
・Silver：Cumulative spend of NT$7,000 within 12 months.
・Gold：Cumulative spend of NT$12,000 within 12 months.
・Emerald：Single purchase of NT$15,000.
・Sapphire：Single purchase of NT$40,000.
2. New members will receive a NT$200 Welcome Shopping Credit upon registration. This credit is valid for 30 days.
3. Exclusive Discounts
Silver, Gold, and Emerald Members: Enjoy 5% OFF (95% of original price) on full-priced items.
Royal Sapphire Members: Enjoy 7% OFF (93% of original price) on full-priced items.
4. Birthday Shopping Credits are issued on the 1st day of your birth month and are valid for 30 days: NT$200 for Bronze and Silver; NT$300 for Gold; NT$400 for Emerald; NT$600 for Sapphire.
5.Membership status is valid for 12 months from the date of upgrade.
Renewal: Upon expiration, your tier will be renewed for another year based on your actual spending during the current membership period.
Downgrade: If the spending threshold for any tier is not met, your status will revert to General Member once the current period expires.
6. Members can log in and visit "Profile" to view their current membership tier and exclusive offers.
▎Store Credit & Rewards
1. Members earn 1 Credit for every NT$100 spent at our physical stores or official website. Each credit is equivalent to NT$1 and can be applied toward your next purchase.
2. Credits can be used on our official website and at physical stores (excluding consignment counters). Credits can offset up to 15% of a single order with a total checkout value of NT$1,000 or more.
3. Credits earned through purchases are valid for 180 days. Expired credits will be forfeited and cannot be reissued.
4. During checkout, the system will automatically display the maximum applicable discount. You may also manually adjust the amount of credits you wish to apply.
5. For online orders, credits will be issued to your account once the order status changes to "Paid."
6. Credits earned through exclusive fan events or special promotions will be issued according to the specific campaign rules.
7. Important Terms & Conditions
Non-Transferable: Shopping credits cannot be transferred to third parties, merged across different accounts, or exchanged for cash or other gifts.
Exclusions: Credits may not be applicable to certain sale items, loose gemstones, accessories, or workshops. Please refer to your shopping cart for the final applicable discount.
8.Cancellations & Returns
Order Cancellations: If an order is canceled before shipment, the system will automatically return the used credits to your account.
Returns: Once a return is processed and the product is received, our staff will manually return the used credits to your account.
Deduction of Earned Credits: If an order is canceled or returned, the credits earned from that specific purchase will be deducted. If your account balance is insufficient for this deduction, the difference will be subtracted from your refund amount.
12. "Convenience Store Pickup" order is returned due to personal reasons (e.g., failure to pick up within the designated timeframe), the shopping credits used for that order will not be refunded.
13. Store Credits are not applicable to certain sale items, loose stones, peripheral products, or workshops. Please check the Credit amount in your shopping cart.
▎How to Check Store Credit
1. After logging in, go to "My Account > Store Credits" to check your current balance and expiry dates.
▎Other Considerations
1.To accumulate spending or use/earn shopping credits, you must be logged in to your member account during checkout. Rewards cannot be applied retroactively to guest checkouts.
2. Membership spending and rewards are non-transferable. Accumulated spending amounts from different accounts cannot be merged.
3. Discounts earned from in-store purchases are applicable starting from your subsequent visit. Member discounts cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or special offers.
4. The price for the Basic Jewelry Workshop is NT$2,000, and the Advanced Workshop is NT$3,000. If a member selects a course that exceeds their entitled benefit value, they are only required to pay the price difference.
