Orders Policy

We're an independent jewellery design brand based in Taipei, Taiwan. Most pieces are made to order. It takes around 5-10 days with holidays excluded to deliver your order once we confirmed to receive your payment.

If you have a special requirement, please send us messages on the website. All will be answered on Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
 

Shipping

We provide worldwide shipping service. Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, airmail services to many destinations may be subject to delay, particularly to the United States. Moreover, airmail service to Los Angeles in the United States will be most delayed.

Chunghwa Post announced today that, airmail service is available to 22 destinations. However, please noted that only EMS service is available to Australia, Czech Rep., Sweden, Poland, Switzerland, Belgium, and New Zealand.

Many destinations do not provide proof of delivery. During the COVID-19 period, no delay compensation for EMS.

Customers can visit the order status page to check the progress of your order as it's fulfilled and will receive a tracking number after the items are shipped.

1. Free shipping on orders over NTD$12,000.
2. A delivery fee NTD$300 per order by SF Express.
3. Customers will receive a tracking number after the items are shipped. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. We do not refund for packages lost in transit.
4. You may have to pay customs duties and taxes for shipping personal goods or gifts in your country.
 

[ ✈️  International ]

1. Free shipping on orders over NTD$12,000. For EMS (International Express Mail Service), free shipping on orders over NTD$20,000.
2. A registered air parcel delivery fee of NTD$350 per order. An EMS delivery fee NTD$800 per order.
3. Customers will receive a tracking number after the items are shipped. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. We do not refund for packages lost in transit.
4. You may have to pay customs duties and taxes for shipping personal goods or gifts in your country.
