Shipping & Delivery Fees

All our products are made to order. Please reserve time before placing the order because the handmade production time and preparation time for materials are all different.

 

Different categories have different production and delivery time:

• Product Repairment:40-45 working days, starting from every other Monday.
• Customized products:25 working days, starting from every other Monday.
• Bespoked Fine Jewellery30-40 working days, starting from every other Monday.
• urgent order:3-5 working days, starting from every other Monday.


Please inquire in advance about any urgent demand or urgent order, we will give advice according to your needs. For those without prior communication, we will not assist with urgent orders and we won't separate order to make twice delivery. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Please be advised, that we will not send messages of installment payment cancellation or extra charges via SMS or phone calls, nor confirm the delivery address link via SMS.

1. During the non-free shipping promotion time, general orders over NT$ 6,000 will receive a free shipping discount.

2. General home delivery will be sent by Maple Logistics Express, about 1-2 workdays for delivery (excluding holidays), the shipping fee is NT 60 for unlimited pieces.

3. For convenient store pickup, you may choose 7-11 or Familymart, about 3-4 workdays for delivery, both shipping fees are NT$ 80.

4. No delivery service to PO box.

5. A shipment will be returned if the shipping address is incomplete and customers have to pay the shipping fee again.

 

China / Hong Kong / Macau ]

1. During the non-free shipping promotion time, general orders over NT$ 12,000 will receive a free shipping discount.

2. Delivery by SF Express takes about 2-5 workdays (excluding holidays ), the shipping fee is NT$ 300, Please refer to our detailed shipping fee guidelines under the Jewellery Doctor.

3. According to SF Express delivery regulations, each order must provide the recipient's ID number or company tax ID number.

4. A shipment will be returned if the shipping address is incomplete, the customer will have to pay the shipping fee again.

5. Customer may be charged for taxes as the order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Please contact local customs by yourself.

6. When the parcel is being taxed by the customs and the customer is unwilling to pay customs duties, the parcel will be returned. The refund will deduct the round-trip shipping and customs duties and then refunded the original order balance.

7. No compensation will be made for lost or stolen parcels during delivery.

 

Europe / America / Others ]

1. For international registered air parcels, free shipping on orders over NT$ 12,000. For international EMS, free shipping on orders over NT$ 20,000.

2. Delivery by China post, customer can choose international registered air parcel (shipping is NT$ 600) or international EMS (shipping fee is NT$ 800) Please refer to our detailed shipping fee guidelines under the Jewellery Doctor.

3. A shipment will be returned if the shipping address is incomplete, the customer will have to pay the shipping fee again.

4. International registered air parcel usually takes about 7-30 workdays for delivery. Since every country's post office and trans-shipment situations are different. The delivery time may be delayed and can not be guaranteed due to natural or other inevitable factors. For the delivery time of the parcel, the international EMS is recommended.

5. International EMS usually arrives about 5-10 workdays after delivery from Taiwan. The postal and transshipment conditions vary from country to country, and the actual delivery time is not guaranteed. For the accurate delivery of the parcel, international EMS is recommended.

6. Since the import customs duty varies from country to country, it is the receiver's responsibility to pay the duties and contact local customs.

7. When the parcel is being taxed by the customs and the customer is unwilling to pay customs duty, the parcel will be returned. Then the refund amount will deduct the round-trip shipping and customs duty and then be refunded to the original order balance.

8. When a single order is over NT$ 8,000, it is recommended to be delivered by EMS. If the parcel is lost or stolen during delivery, it can only track the shipping status, no compensation can be made.

▎How to track shipment status

After receiving an email with an order status showing "Completed", go to Member Center > to check the order status on the delivery progress.

 

Each order will generate one tracking number, go to the shipment tracking URL to check the shipping status. You may leave messages in the order whenever you have questions, the website administrator will reply during work hours (excluding holidays).
