Shipping & Delivery Fees

▎Shipping and processing time

 

All our products are made to order. Please ensure to allocate enough time before ordering, as each piece requires varying amounts of time for production and material preparation.

 

Shipping times for different categories are listed below:

• In-stock items: Shipped within 3 business days after placing your order
• Customized items: Shipped within 25 business days starting from the following week
• Bespoked Fine Jewellery: Shipped within 30-40 business days starting from the following week
• Item repairs: Shipped within 40-45 business days starting from the following week

 

▎Rush orders or special requests


If you have urgent needs, rush orders, or specific delivery dates, please contact us in advance. We will provide suggestions based on your requirements. Without prior communication, we cannot expedite production or offer partial shipments. Thank you for your understanding.

Please be advised, we will not send messages of installment payment cancellation or extra charges via SMS or phone calls, nor confirm the delivery address link via SMS.

 

▎Domestic delivery

 

1. During the non-free shipping promotion time, general orders over NT$ 6,000 will receive a free shipping discount.

2. General home delivery will be sent by Maple Logistics Express, about 1-2 workdays for delivery (excluding holidays), the shipping fee is NT 60 for unlimited pieces.

3. For convenient store pickup, you may choose 7-11 or Familymart, about 3-4 workdays for delivery, both shipping fees are NT$ 80.

4. No delivery service to PO box.

5. If the recipient information is incomplete or the package is returned due to exceeding pickup period will incur additional reshipping charges.

 

▎International delivery

 

China / Hong Kong / Macau ]

1. During the non-free shipping promotion time, general orders over NT$ 12,000 will receive a free shipping discount.

2. Delivery by SF Express takes about 2-5 workdays (excluding holidays ), the shipping fee is NT$ 300, Please refer to our detailed shipping fee guidelines under the Jewellery Doctor.

3. According to SF Express delivery regulations, each order must provide the recipient's ID number or company tax ID number.

4. Incomplete recipient information resulting in returned items will incur additional reshipping charges.

5. If customs duties are incurred upon receipt of the package in your country, the purchaser is responsible for these charges. Please contact your local customs office directly for further information.

6. If a package is taxed by customs and the purchaser refuses to pay the customs duties, resulting in the package being returned, the refund amount will be the remaining balance of the original order after deducting the actual round-trip shipping costs and customs duties in both locations.

7. No compensation will be made for lost or stolen parcels during delivery.

 

Europe / America / Others ]

1. For international registered air parcels, free shipping on orders over NT$ 12,000. For international EMS, free shipping on orders over NT$ 20,000.

2. Delivery by China post, customer can choose international registered air parcel (shipping is NT$ 600) or international EMS (shipping fee is NT$ 1000) Please refer to our detailed shipping fee guidelines under the Jewellery Doctor.

3. Incomplete recipient information resulting in returned items will incur additional reshipping charges.

4. International registered air parcel usually takes about 7-30 workdays for delivery. Postal and transit conditions vary from country to country, and delays due to natural or unforeseeable circumstances may occur, so actual delivery times are not guaranteed. To ensure accurate delivery of your parcel, we recommend choosing international express parcel service EMS.

5. International EMS usually arrives about 5-10 workdays after delivery from Taiwan. The postal and transshipment conditions vary from country to country, and the actual delivery time is not guaranteed. For the accurate delivery of the parcel, international EMS is recommended.

6. If customs duties are incurred upon receipt of the package in your country, the purchaser is responsible for these charges. Please contact your local customs office directly for further information.

7. If a package is taxed by customs and the purchaser refuses to pay the customs duties, resulting in the package being returned, the refund amount will be the remaining balance of the original order after deducting the actual round-trip shipping costs and customs duties in both locations.

8. When a single order is over NT$ 8,000, it is recommended to be delivered by EMS. In the event of loss or theft during shipment, we can only assist in tracking the delivery status and are unable to provide compensation.

▎How to track shipment status

After receiving an email with an order status showing "Completed", go to Member Center > to check the order status on the delivery progress.

 

Each order will generate one tracking number, go to the shipment tracking URL to check the shipping status. You may leave messages in the order whenever you have questions, the website administrator will reply during work hours (excluding holidays).
